PRICING & SCOPE
One clear
sourcing fee.
The fee is agreed before the search begins and covers up to three candidate assessments against the agreed brief.

When it is payable
The fee becomes payable when you instruct FOUND. to begin the search.
How long it takes
We aim to present a suitable candidate within 30 days after the agreed brief and search start date.
If we do not find a fit
If we have not presented a suitable candidate within 30 days, you can choose a 50% refund of the sourcing fee or ask us to continue searching at no additional fee. On a £399 fee, the refund is £199.50. No purchase is required.
Advert, specification, MOT and available history research are desk-based checks, not a physical or mechanical inspection, and cannot guarantee a vehicle’s condition or history. Independent inspections, valuation checks and third-party reports are separate services, agreed before being incurred. The refund applies to the sourcing fee; any third-party costs you separately approve are not included.
